Getting Ready For Your Appointment

The First Office Visit requires an hour of your time.  A comprehensive consultation followed by a full examination will be performed.  Dr. Z will explain the results of your examination and recommend a treatment plan that will address your issues.
X-rays may be required depending on your condition and the results of the examination. 

We require that you complete a Health Questionnaire and a Financial Policy before you are seen for the first time.
